selling houses

I'm having a really hard time understanding the buyers when selling the houses, I'm making the living room, and all the buyers are telling me they would like a living room... when there is in fact a living room in the house.
i made it in the rooms already pre built with a door on it that indicated it was a living room before renovating it.
same with the kitchen, also telling me they would like a big bed and that there isn't one, when I have the biggest bed bought and in a room. am I missing something here? I'm trying to sell to different buyers and they're all telling me things are missing when they're not.

The buyers are pretty much impossible to figure out. Many of us just ignore them so we don't get a headache.🤣

this ruins so much about the game though, how am I suppose to accommodate to buyers and have my own creativity.
I'm trying to sell to every buyer to get the award for it but it's honestly impossible without being unhappy with my build.
It seems like such a silly problem, but its frustrating

Even if they are complaining, as long as they are at the top of the list, they will place the winning bid. I've seen them complain and like the same thing. As soon as you get all the achievements, then you can just tune them out. As long as the house is fixed up nice, you should make a profit on it.

I think it can be really difficult to fill they buyers needs and make the house the way you want at the same time. Personally, I made a point of ignoring what I wanted in the house and focused on each buyer until I earned the achievement. After getting the achievement for each buyer, I ignore them altogether and just fix the houses how I want them. It makes the game much more enjoyable to me. If you try to make both yourself and the buyer happy in one house, you will end up with mostly headaches. imo.

Is there a YouTube video showing the issue you are talking about. I am new to the game and just interested not to get headaches later 😂

There are no good up to date guides in English, but here's a document someone made. It has 3 tabs - room requirements, buyers and garden requirements. Paste the link directly into your address bar;

It's just a Google Doc, with no links to any websites within the document. When I first clicked on it, it did say "potentially malicious", but I was able to open it when I pasted it directly into the address bar. Your antivirus must be very powerful.

Even when i do ignore what i want to do to the house i still run into this issue. it defeats the whole game

I have no idea where they find these 'buyers' but they are not 'human' or normal!!! Fixations on a sauna is one thing, the 'coffee table' is another ... its a coffee table, you can sell it if you don't like it but to dismiss a whole house because of a coffee table is plain stupid. I can knock just about all the walls down and the old couple complain there are too many rooms [sigh] ... basically I gave up pleasing this lot a long time ago :-D

Just play as you like, enjoy the game for what it is and ignore the idiots as you don't need to please them, you just need their money ;-)

I have recently got the "Game Over" achievement. Now I can buy any house I wish as many times as I like. The flexibility feels amazing!
I have nearly 3 million GBP in the "bank". I am still trying to please the buyers, but not for the achievements, which I got months ago. Instead I'm going for maximum profit (while ignoring garden competitions entirely, as I feel they are too time-consuming).

Since this is about selling houses. I have had a problem for awhile now where I can't sell two of my properties. When I try to sell these places the sale seems like it's going through and then the game just completely shuts down and closes out the game.
Please if anyone is experiencing this or has any information on a fix please let me know. Thank you!

Do you have workshop items that maybe cause problems? Can community items cause crashes?
