can this game build your own house? like creative mode?

Recently my house is at renovating irl, and I think about getting this game to get some design ideas but does this game can let you build or recreate your own house?

The Farm DLC is coming out in a few months. It will let you extend houses, as well as build garages and other outbuildings.

Right now, you can only destroy the internal walls of the houses, not the external ones. So you can change the layout, but not the total area of the house. You can also paint the walls inside and outside, install radiators and bathrooms, paint the ceilings, change the floors, furnish... There's also a choice of wallpapers, tiles and wall panels, some of which look like brick.

House Flipper is a game, not a design tool. You do some email orders, which are like a tutorial, use the money you earn to buy the cheapest house, renovate it, sell it at auction, buy a more expensive house, repeat. The purpose is to try and make a profit on each house you sell.

Despite that, HF is probably the best game if you are interested in designing interesting interiors. There's a lot of decorating options, especially with expansions. Builder Simulator lets you build, and even design a floorplan, but there aren't as many creative options. I suggest you buy the House Flipper and Builder Simulator bundle, if you can afford it.

The game does not let you build houses at the moment, and I sincerely doubt that you could recreate your own house any time soon.
But I was in the same situation (renovating irl) and I used "Sweet home 3D" which let you use your house plan (blue print) in PDF to recreate your own house and offers a lot of textures and furnitures to personalize it. Be aware that "Sweet home 3D" is NOT a game - it is a tool for designing houses.

I only love/play House Flipper for making my own dreamhouses and despite its limitations I think House Flipper is yet the best game for that. But it's like Tatiana already explained, freedom regarding the exterior of houses is very limited in HF. The Farm DLC will improve that, but it will remain restrictive. Building from scratch will come in House Flipper 2, though!!!

If you find working on the éxterior of houses more important/fun, I would take a look at Builder Simulator, if you find working on the ínterior of houses more important/fun, I would totally go for House Flipper. (I tried Builder Simulator, but didn't like it, while House Flipper is my most favorite game...).

Edit: Oh, if you like designing gardens (too), I would also recommend House Flipper (Garden DLC!) over Builder Simulator...
