Buyers don't make sense

So i'm selling a small house right now. And who are the winners? The Johnson Family... Like there is barely one bedroom-.... they have 4 children... They should not even bid on this house... This is clearly a house for a single person or a couple with no children... Like the criterias to decide who's gonna win don't make any freaking sense.. that's one of the reasons why it's so hard to get a specific buyer to buy your house (for achievements purpose)... because how broken the auctions are...

So yeah Johnson Family, enjoy squeezing in a tuna can!

no literally. I am aiming towards selling to all the possible buyers at least once, but the same 5 buyers keep popping up on the side. I hope in the future, the game developers refine the buyers' likes & dislikes so we can cater towards more specific customers.

the buyers have always been sporatic, but once you get the achievement for them it doesn't matter who it sells to

You basically need to scrap a few houses to be able to make the achievements but it makes me so sad to "botch" a job just for this purpose.. But since we can have multiple saves, I'll definitely look for a guide and make a new game just to run the few achievements I missed like Chang Choi... it's almost impossible to sell something to him after the first house.. So just for this reason, i'll make a new game.

But yeah, I mean.. they should rework the criterias to make them make more sense. Like the Johnson Family shouldn't buy anything that doesn't have 5 bedrooms or at least 2 bedrooms and 4 (3 for the kids, 1 for the parents) beds so everyone has a place to sleep! And they should refine the requirements for all the others to make sure there are proper ways to make them main buyers without botching the job overall.

But yeah, will just make a new game for the achievements and follow a guide just to make sure I don't bother and miss my shot for all buyers!
