I would personally love an European style city houses. Like, the cramped in between other houses style.

I would also like to see some European houses. Also some 1960's house would be fun to do up and add accessories too. Love the architecture back then.

it wouldn't be house flipper then, the dev's would have to start a new game like Business Flipper or something (renovating older stores into new ones)

100% Agree! I do also miss the "Europeen Style" of houses and appartements! Especially the variety of different rooms, like wardrobe at the entrance, extra loundry, etc.

As something in between, it would be fun to convert other structures to homes. I have seen pictures of real life homes built out of things like old barns, silos, wooden water towers, and even caves. They already have the warehouse building in the game, so have already touched on this theme.

Also the Laundry was converted into a home, many bushiness and even seen old churches in real life converted to homes. I think it's a great idea.

What do you think if we were able to buy a plot of land and then purchase a blueprint from a few selections (ranch, 2-story, mansion, etc.) and the materials are "dropped" on the property and we have to build the shell house. The inside would be up to us to design.

It may sound similar to House Builder but there is some other company copying House Flipper right down to the similarity of logo. Refer the Discussion List. A Anyhow, I want to stay "Loyal" to House Flipper because we have amazing Dev's that care about the game as much as we the gamer's do. These are suggestion's so the game doesn't go stale and loose it's loyal fan base. An I didn't like House Builder.

Also : Lake / moutain / forest cabins, little chalets etc could be really nice.
