My dog is stuck upstairs

My dog got stuck up stairs she is fully grown and i cant get her down plz help

You can pick them up even when grown, and carry them up and down stairs as needed

the developers will soon add an animal teleport on stairs too it was in the recent update notes that they will consider it

In your office or at a job? When my dog was stuck due to a bug (not upstairs, but in the boat at my office at Turtle House) I solved the problem by temporarily moving offices. That put the dog into the Pet Motel, where I could retrieve it (unstuck) after moving back.

My dog is stuck upstairs, it wont follow and i cant pick it up or anything. Its like its froze.
