Unlock "Sandbox" all houses mode
To get in to "sandbox" mode and unlock ALL the houses to buy over and over again. Do you have to flip all the BASE game houses AND the DLCs, or just the BASE game houses? I just finished flipping ALL the base game houses and it didn't unlock the "Mode". :flamey_sad:

all house needed , including Dlc's you have

Agghhh... :shockedbs: I was afraid of that when it didn't "unlock" when I sold the last base game house. I guess I better get BUSY!

you can buy , clean and sell for fast finish it , in some you will loose but mostly you win in almost all

I have almost $2 million so thought it may not work out too bad, I'll toss in the items for Chang the "nerd" achievement and see if he bites on them. Haha Thanks again!

I was searching for the same thing. If you're not opposed to using "cheats", here's a method. It's 100% available in the base game just by using dev tools - you do not have to alter code, edit files, or download anything. I'll spoiler it just in case.

There's a built in way to do this in game. You still have to visit each job, but you can complete it for 100% of the profit without changing anything, so it's much faster.

Press 'esc' to go to the menu, and then press the tilde ( ~ ) button. There will be a box for entering a code. Enter "iddqd" without the quotation marks. This turns on developer mode.
In developer mode, if you go to a job and then press F9, you will hear the 'job completed' sound. Just press enter, and it should say complete the job 100% for the full amount of money.
