Trouble installing kitchen sinks
I can't seem to ever hook up kitchen sinks. I install the piping, remove the caps but i dont get a prompt to hook a sink up to it. I can do it no problem in toilets with basic sinks but i'm having trouble with sinks with cabinets. Any advice?

For some reason, you DON'T have to install the sink water pipes for kitchens... only the bathroom sink needs that installation. All you need to do is place the kitchen sink itself.
It's a good question for the developers to answer as to why that is.
Hope that helps!

it's probably because of the modularity of kitchens. think about it----you place a ton of cabinets around and where you place one thing affects everything else. if you need to uninstall (delete) the kitchen and the pipes every time you try to shift the cabinets you would probably go nuts in due order.

so i tend to think of this as them realizing that people didn't want to tear their hair out when trying to assemble a good kitchen. most bathroom sinks are nearly stand-alone objects so it's not as critical, although there are a few sets of bathroom cabinets where the issue crops up.
