Luxury DLC doesn't seem to do anything

I installed the luxury DLC and started a new game even, but I don't see a yacht nor is there an furniture restoration I can find. Any suggestions how to fix it?

You won't see any of the new houses for sale until you complete the jobs in the Luxury DLC. In the base game (and the Garden DLC, I believe), the jobs can be found in the emails. However, the jobs for HGTV and Luxury DLC are found under the map in the laptop. As you do those jobs, a new house will become available to purchase, flip, and sell. Once you have purchased and sold each of the houses in the DLC, then you will be able to purchase them as often as you'd like to. Look under the map section to find the jobs.

I had the DLC and I could only do the yacht and 1 loft .. I could do only 2 .. do you know why ?

The map is large - not everything fits on one screen. There should be little blue arrows on the edge of the screen. Scroll in that direction and look for buildings with a white outline. There should be 1 or 2. Once you do those, more will unlock

As for the furniture restoration: It is only in the Luxury DLC jobs. You can't renew furniture in property you buy.
