Which House for which buyer?

Hey ppl!
I was searching for a guide to find out which house suits which buyer but I only found guides regarding to their preferences.
I'm a lazy ass and don't wanna think about who might be right for the house.
Do you know any guides matching the houses with the best potential buyer? Or otherwise: What would you recommend?

Here is a link I always use. Some of them are listed with a prefered house. For most of them it does not matter aslong as they have a specific requirement met.
