Why am I unable to buy the pitch-perfect apartments? does anyone know why?

I'm assuming that you haven't fully unlocked it yet. After you do a job in the DLC, the house that you just worked on becomes available for purchase one time. Once you have completed all of the jobs and purchased, flipped, and sold all of the houses in the DLC once time, then they all become available for purchase as often as you'd like.

Hi ,thanks for the reply I've completed both dlc's multiple time & each time no joy hence me throwing it out to the wider community in hope's of a clue!? I know that at one point the pitch-perfect house had issues of only 99% cleaning bug but I see that it was fixed I think I may try complete uninstall & deletion of all saves & profiles see if that works.

I've not had a chance to fully complete the Luxury DLC yet. My save (800+ hrs) had gotten to the point that loading the game took almost 20 minutes and then another 15 every time that I went to a house. Then, I'd only be able to play about 1/2 hour before it shut Windows down. There was an issue with a house earlier in the game (I *think* someone took down a workshop item that I had in the house before I finished it and it really messed up my save) which I think was a big part of the problem. Anyway, I got fed up before finishing the Luxury DLC and have started over from scratch. All of that to say that this is a guess (or maybe a question). Is it possible that the apartments are only there for a job and not ever available for purchase? You would know that better than I. If not, then I have no idea why it's not available. Sorry I'm not much help.

I'm not to sure I just filter when I want to buy a luxury house so it will only show the luxury one's, I'm sure I did a rough count & all the luxury one I had completed & all but the pitch- perfect one were there. I wanted that one because I think the return on that one would be a good amount. I still feel the laundry place is a good money earner because of the secret room with all the cash, sorry maybe a spoiler for those who haven't got to that one yet.
