Selling houses tutorial ?

Hi, I bought HF two days ago, I followed the tutorial and I'm accepting works in my email. Right now I'm cleaning a bunker and I have more than 80k dollars in my wallet. After clicking on the browser icon, I saw there are people wanting to buy houses. Should I figure out what to do with them or should I wait for the tutorial telling me what to do next ? Thanks.

The buyers all have different likes and dislikes. There are plenty of Buyer Guides on Steam, but no in-game tutorial.

As the potential buyers like the property you are renovating more and more, they move up in the list. Some players find their comments annoying or distracting. If you press Esc, there will be an option to "Move office here" (to the house you are currently in), so that you can do your renovation in peace

Do the email jobs until you have enough money to buy a house then using yoru new found knowledge fix the house up as you like do what ever you like and then sell it.
If you want to sell your house to specific bueyrs for achievements then use this tutorial.
Below is a list of all the different people you can sell houses too. Each buyer has different wants/likes/dislikes and you need to satisfy them in order to sell to each specific buyer.
