Suggestion to lift the curse "darkness in the Castle"
When I read the notes on the Castle the devs mentioned the ghost that used to live there he messed with the fuse box. Thats a big hint I thought, so I searched that castle from top to bottom looking for the fuse box and there is none. My line of thinking it was the fix for the bringing back to daytime like in the Samarta Myers' House" the coffin lifted the curse and brought daytime back maybe fixing the fuse box could lift the curse here.
So my suggestion is please bring in the fuse box so we can fix the light hopefully the ghost doesnt come back though :D

They might be waiting for actual halloween night to do another update to the mansion lol could be more coming soon

I too looked around for a clue that would allow me to bring daylight but I did not find anything, not even in the hidden rooms. I look forward to the opportunity to get out of the night even though it creates a vibe that sometimes gives me goosebumps when I hear the wolf or ghost howl :steammocking:

I sold everything in the secret basement, and after it was all gone, there was candle flickering in the corner by the bathroom, maybe in the bathroom, behind the wall. I couldn't see any way to get in there. However a flame thrower was able to destroy something behind that wall and the candle or whatever it was went out. So there is definitely something in that basement. Another observation, the one painting has a jewel on the guys forehead. I couldn't find anything with a jewel on it like that.

is this a possible clue to the curse? behind one of the cabinets in the basement room is a light switch on the wall, it turns the lights on and off in that room just like by the red door but its a strange location for it

Maybe it means nothing but I noticed that all the mirrors in the castle are broken or missing. Vampires don't like mirrors so maybe there's something here?

You can visit the castle now, just add your own lights around it or press F to use the flashlight

So, once we sell the castle are we not able to buy it again? I didn't realize there were secrets because I was unable to find any.... sort of disappointed...

Do all the jobs and and the option to rebuy houses as many times as you like will then be availabe.

I finished all jobs including HGTV and Luxury DLC and the Castle is not in my buyable houses inventory. I triple checked to make sure everything is done, even reloaded the game and still nothing. Is anyone else having this problem?
