Why not support maps and custom locations in the workshop so we can continue playing House Flipper instead of what the ♥♥♥♥ ever you're coming up with, mixing random genres into the game, completely missing the point of the game, like a dev team trying their hardest to "keep a dead game alive" when in reality this is just one of those games that don't live or die but just get played here and then and the only way to extend people's playtime or to give em a proper reason to come back is a.. New House to Flip?
doesn't even need the flipping and selling parts imo, I just want infinite space and free access to stuff like windows and roofs and porch materials and garage doors and floors, stairs and whatever else to make my own map/house to flip and even maybe share that area so others can play with it.

I for one am very, VERY enthusiastic about the upcoming Luxury and Pets DLC, so I don't agree with the first part of your message at all. I dó agree with you on the last part. More options/freedom and more stuff/objects to use would definitely make the game even better and when, over time, those things are kept being added by the devs (my first choice) or through the Workshop (as my second choice), I have no doubt I will keep playing this game.

If they give you what you want. It limits their creation of future DLC's. Modding is a great community, and I am all for modders. They enhance so many games and sims that lack content. Yes, there should be more options. This game is still being developed. And over time, I am sure it will manifest what we, as Flippers want. It would be great to have land to buy and build on, and like Slick says, invite your pals over to have a gander at the new home. Maybe, even do a joint venture. I am not into interior design, but wouldn't be great, if I could contract one of my fellow Flippers that is? Patience is a virtue, and a pain in the arris. Let's see what the devs come up with.

that's not what i meant at all. I meant that we should be able to upload our house concepts, empty, on the workshop so other people can download it and flip it.

Sorry Slick. You mean design and build our own houses and put them in the workshop. Great idea! Can you imagine some of the houses, with all the talented people on here? Have a word with the devs, thye are always open to new and interesting ideas. Give it a go mate.

I agree with you here, I dont see why they cant extend to garage doors and porches, its already basically "done" tech wise. As for black houses/new locations- if they dont want to do it AT LEAST allow them in workshop!
