Can't sell all houses; you need an office

I completed and sold all the houses except my remaining office, which you can't sell. How do you sell your last, occupied office to complete the game and go into game+ mode?

Hi you can buy another house that is the same as your office press ESC once you go to new house and move office. Then sell old office house.
Look in your tablet browser houses availabe to purchase- Houses you own and houses sold.
I bought it two times and used the connoisseuris house as my office now, I think thats how its spell lol

I have the same problem. I bought, flipped and sold all available houses and no achievement popped up.
As it seems, I have to sell my own office to get the achievement and to be able to buy all the houses again?

So, the answer from Jaunitta doesn´t really help with the problem, because there is no more house to buy left. I am technically not able to buy another house to move my office to.
Or am I missing something? I have tried to search everywhere on my laptop, but to no avail. I mean, when looking into the archive of old jobs, I was able to accept them again - but it doesn´t work that way with the already sold houses (or am I searching in the wrong place?)

So, let´s say I have f***** it up and have to start all over to try for the achivement again ....even if I did, I couldn´t achieve this goal, because once I would move my office to a different house, I wouldn´t be able to sell THAT particular one.

So - there seems to be no way to really sell ALL houses without purchasing at least ONE house twice. But this isn´t possible UNLESS you sold ALL houses once.

My question is.. is that achivement just bugged or am I missing some important part? Because as for now, I really can´t seem to find a way to get what I want/need.

PS: Oh, and I also can´t buy my old office twice. At least I can´t find the way how to do it.

PPS: Awww man, just when I tought that I had found the solution. I didn´t touch the HGTV missions yet.. So I thought that I could give it a shot.. Accepted the first mission and completed it.
TADA - new house to buy! Ok, I bought it, moved my office to it and sold the old office.

Still NO achievement.

Ok, even if I had to do all the HGTV missions and then buy all the new houses that come from them.. wouldn´t that still mean that I can´t really sell ALL the houses? Like, one house will always have to be my office, right?
And as long as I can´t buy anything twice before the achievement pops up - how do I do it?

If you have the moon base, you can move your office there and sell everything else to get the achievement (I did it by accident, saving the moon base till last). Apparently it doesn't count as part of the 'game' proper.

Thanks, I only wish I had known this before. I bought and sold the moonbase yesterday - before all of this happened.

Does this mean that I have to start to game all over to get the achivement - or is there a similar house in the HGTV dlc?

Wow, it would be super depressing if I had to restart all over because of this - after 40 hours of gameplay.

I'm in the moon base right now (thanks for the heads-up) BUT have the same problem, so the moon base obviously isn't the solution. I tried the same thing as klavva and left out the HGTV-jobs, so I don't have to sell these houses as well. I have done all the jobst in a different profile, though.
I might have to bite the bullet and do them all over again, to be able to flip these houses. It's gonna take a while... :( I'll get back to you, if this accomplishes anything.

Just a quick note to everyone, who hasn't played through HGTV & gets overwhelmed by the number of houses on the map: You don't do every house on there!
Which was a bit of a shame, because I was really looking forward to make-over the Simpsons's house.

So, yeah. After I've done every E-Mail-job, played through HGTV (again) bought and sold each house, I've got the "game over" achievement and am now able to purchase every house again. And, also yes: now they can be bought multiple times. They don't disappear from the "for purchase" tab anymore.
There are even end-credits and the main menu looked diffrent. Pretty neat.

I'm still at the moon base, but I don't think, that's an issue. I'm sure, people already got the achievment before the moon base was even added.

Every house we fix up will become available to purchase once the orders are completed.
I got it back in 2018. I moved my Office to the Connoisseuris House from the small Office.
I bought it of course .
Then sold the small Office

I use the haunted house as my office cause I like the music on it lol
