It can be more changeling for some players to meet a room requirements, or even give them more Creative ideas while flipping the house.
Yes! A Panic Room is really needed for the Luxury DLC. It could fit into the device control they added and have it hidden by a Bookcase or "Fake Wall".
I have not yet gotten to selling one of the new houses...so the old characters aren't patched to work with the new items? That's not great. I do like to make a profit, so, dangit.
You can sell the yacht for 400 - 500K profit without doing anything to it, its the quickest way to get a cash boost in game now (unless the DEV's fix it)
I also would like to be able to toggle a grid when putting items down. So many time iI've assumed something I placed was straight, only to notice from a different vantage point it is not.
