Going Over Budget

I take a job (2nd job in Luxury DLC) and near the end, a window pops up saying, "You're almost over your budget." Now everything I'm buying for this couple is on the list, and I purchase and install the items. So why am I busting the budget?

click on task button not the store

also to avoid going over budget, choose the cheapest item available on the choice screen after you click one of those images on a room

But the owners want specific items, so I have no wiggle room. Open the pad, and I click on whatever it is they want, and I slap it on (or in).

In the task list you have to choose what they want Yes, but in some rooms you have an image that pops up and gives you a selection screen, becareful on that one as the budget could be blown

Aah...those flowers and furniture icons that pop up in mid-air. Now I gotcha.
