Is there a way to reset a bought house?

I was renovating the Abandoned House. Then I remembered that one buyer Chang Choi and the difficulty of him to buy the house due to him and Dolan Trusk butting heads. I took another look at my buyers and turns out Chang and Dolan are on there. By the time I checked, I already renovated most of the house (replaced the floor, replaced the doors. cleaned the windows, painted the walls, sold the furniture). I tried following the guides by removing all walls, adding kiddie toys, placing cheap furniture, and the cheapest desk & chair by the mantis bed, but Dolan is still on the top of the buyer's list. I want a do over. I've heard you can buy the house again after you sell all available houses but it would take me days or weeks to finish all that.

Only way is to sell it and rebuy it, and yes you have to sell all houses as least once to unlock that option

Just paint it all green add the precise furniture and toys that will put Dolan off.
I just pulled all the walls out placed green carpet and green walls " white furniture ".
Here's the house how it looked just before I added the specific furniture, didnt take a screeny of the finished house back then sorry

Use this guide it worked for me back then shows the list of furniture to buy just place the bed in spot and add the shelves toys couch nearby.
