How to renovate boat wood structure walls?

Hi, I bought my own boat after completing the boat quest. I wanna use it as my own office!

Hence, I wanna fix the middle and upstairs wooden parts of the boat, especially those walls and columns, where the wood seems ugly/rusty.

But I can't do paneling yet due to low level / new player and when I paint over it, the whole ''boat/wood pattern'' disappears. How do I keep the lines / wood look? Do i just have to wait till i'm the right level?

Also, can I buy the boat again in the future or is it a one time thing? Thanks.

You will lose the wood effect if you paint over it.

You can buy the houses/boat multiple times and do them over and over again

There are wooden panels with colour that come with the DLC, look in Walls where you get the paint and pick panels

Search is your friend in the store.
Open walls tab on the left then use the search panels
Or even look in other DLC for extras the garden DLC also has extra panels and cool wall covers.

I just remembered we can also make our own wall panel and place that image in the Gallery
C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Empyrean\House Flipper Game\Gallery
Then open gallery ingame and buy it like a painting place it on the wall.
