One of the first things I did was set the currency to GBP in the gameplay options. The only thing affected by this is one of the achievements - instead of earning a million Euro, you need to earn it in whatever currency you have set (about 10 different options). So you'll need to sell an extra house or two.
There's a game called "Landlord's Super", but it's less popular than House Flipper and the reviews aren't as good. The gameplay is also different. House Flipper is mostly about renovating and decorating interiors - you Can't build houses from scratch. Landlord's Super has a main character who is a builder.
Overall, there is no game on the market currently that has similar gameplay to House Flipper of the same quality. I have tried Castle Flipper (by a different developer). It's an absolute joke by comparison. The Tenants is nice, but has a totally different feel.
They are pretty similar in gameplay aside from the different controls. I think the mobile game you're talking about is free, so at least you'll get a feel for it without having to put anything down right off the bat.
Don't hesitate to go and try it out for yourself, I think you'll have a lot of fun!
@tatiana, Landlords's Super seems right up my street as well (excuse the pun).
They are £15.49 each. I regularly receive emails telling me to login to Steam (the application installed locally - not the website) and select View/Inventory to get "big" discounts.
Should I be paying £15.49 each for these games (seems reasonable to me)? I have only bought a few games prior to this in 2016 and hence the reason for the question.
