If I run out of money?

What should I do if I run out of money and want to keep working on something? Is that specific save bricked?

If you have a tiny bit of money left, you can go back into your old "messages" and redo handyman jobs for some extra cash. You can also use the developer menu to add money to your game's bank account if you're willing to "cheat" (to find this menu hit the "~" button while in the pause menu, type in "iddqd" when prompted, and type in "help" in the new command bar to see all commands that you have access to. you should be able to use a command along the lines of "addmoneytobankaccount") Hope this helps!

another way is if if you have all the houses completed, NG+ is unlocked and you can rebuy any house and work on it as many times as you want, to get quick cash, use "The House that is hiding something" sell the stuff in the basement and you will pull in 60,000 - 70,000 each time you sell it. (repeat this as many times as you want)

So once I buy and sell all the houses I can go back and redo the houses again? What is NG+?

I have no idea, what NG+ is, but yes, after you bought and sold every house you can buy them all again and they don't disappear from the browser anymore. When you reach that point, you shouldn't have any money-troubles anymore, though. Until then, if you run into financial troubles, you should redo some of the Email-jobs as @hufflenerd63 suggested.

thats what NG+ is, unlocks all the houses again in the browser and you can buy them as many times as you want
