is there an "end" to the game
just thinking is there an end point to the game or is it just a case of you set your own ends?

Both. When you start the game, you can only buy every house available once. When you have bought, flipped and sold every house (except for the house that's your office at that point), there is a game over and end credits scene that comes on before the game takes you back to the main menu. However, if you then choose to continue your game, you'll find that all of the houses have been unlocked so you can purchase all of them as many times as you wish to. You can keep flipping houses from then on with your only restriction being your in-game wallet :) So while there is an official end point to the game, the game is really open ended.

Agreed, more or less. Buy, flip, and sell all the available houses once and then you unlock buying them as many times as you wish. That is the ultimate end goal. However, it rolls you right into "new game+" if you will, without any major game play changes.

Hello,

I sold all the houses but I don't get the achievement and I can't buy the houses I sold again. What did I do wrong?

I assume if you have the DLCs you also have to do it with the DLC houses

oh no. hoping this isn't the case. but I need to ask a possibly silly question, because if the DLC houses for flipping aren't included in the main listings, where are they? I did some houses that had DLC icons on them. Are there more than that?

End game is all client jobs completed and every house in the Browser (Your own remake of them) completed at least once, with base game and all DLC the game currently has 70 houses

It depends on which ones you own. Apocalypse, Cyberpunk and Garden properties are added to the browser from the start.

HGTV, Luxury and Pets ones need you to do the jobs for them first, after which they are included in the main listings. The jobs can be found in the Map of Jobs tab. There is a separate map of jobs for each of these 3 DLCs. The jobs unlock as you do them, and you will need to scroll the map for the later ones.

thank you tatiana. I think it's the HGTV one that's holding me up then because the other 3 are the only other ones I have and I knew I'd finished all of them.

Glad I could help!

that worked btw. all houses opened, end credits, and achievement granted.
now I'd like to find out if there's a way to keep more than one house (and get rid of the buyers/comments).

As far as I'm aware, the only way to get rid of the buyer's comments currently is to move your office to the house you like and stay there. Some players really hate the fact that they need to move their office every time they start working on a new house just to "shut the buyers up".

Some games have a "New game Plus" mode for those people who have finished them once. I wonder how hard it would be for the devs to add the option to disable buyer comments for those who finished the game...

that would be nice lol

yep I agree I am one of those that doesn't like the buyer comments, but to be honest it works out anyway cause you can load the game faster with the house you are working on set to the office

The downside though is pets require needs when at your office, but not when on a job site so if ya have pets be sure to at least have food, water, and bed for them when working

Is it worth it to move office and decorate a house if the goal is to buy and flip all? Wouldn't i then have to sell the cool house i just bought (before finding this out) too?

I am not sure if i should just live with this and remodel the house as i want or if i should leave it until i sold everything else, sell this one and buy it again 🤔

I'm new (started about two days ago or something) and got a nicely decorated Christmas themed house today i wanted to move my office to.
