changing wallpaper on staircase.

In one of the big houses, that is christmas themed, the hallway is red wallpapered and its also wallpapered on the lower floor side of the staircase. is there anyway of removing the wallpaper on this?

Not to my knowledge until they fix it and make that option available. Its obnoxious not being able to change the side of the staircases.

I just put a giant sideboard or tall cabinet things in the way to hide it

Ewwww! I was going to buy that house and design it, but not if we can't change the wallpaper. Yuck-o!

Ever since someone pointed out the leering face in that wallpaper, I refuse to use it.

If I ever buy that house, I will have to find a way to put furniture in front of it, or maybe build a wall or something.

No, the stairs can’t be changed or painted. It’s such a shame, because it totally ruins the look of the house. I had to wrestle with furniture to set in front of it to hide it (mostly). Not a perfect solution by any means.
