Can't see through windows
I'm not sure when this happened exactly, but I can only see through windows or the sliding glass doors when I'm standing right at them. No graphics settings seems to change it.

I think it's the advanced one that causes this to happen, but not 100% sure

I needed help with this as well, too bad I see nothing at all called "Eco" within the settings I've checked mentioned here. But right when I was about to ask I finally found it, so I'm going to mention where I found it, since all replies here were wrong.

But first of all, to future people coming across this, here's a tip for those who want to help people with similar issues in games in the future.... when you tell someone to go into settings to change something, make sure to actually know what it is called before doing so. It was not located in "General" nor "Graphics" nor "Advanced"... it was located in "Gameplay". You're welcome.

As for the devs... why is that in "Gameplay" and why is it on by default? lol..

Nevermind, it didn't even work. So not only was the advice here wrong, but so was the solution itself. lmao..

The advice was not wrong btw. Turning off advanced ECO settings resolved the glass issue. Regarding where it is, there's literally only 2 setting menus it could be at so I'll leave it to you.

For most people it's enough to be pointed in the right direction. It seems to be the case with you as well, as you didn't have a clue on how to fix your problem without checking this discussion first.
