Lonewolf37 kitchen?
I've bought all kinds of kitchen stuff. Moved it around to different rooms and this fool keep telling me he doesn't want stuff, but says he wants a kitchen. What's with this psycho?

Some of the clients are very picky on what they want. There was a guide (I believe in German) that I used to complete the various achievements (I used online translation programs). But, now that I have the achievements finished, I don't worry as much about specific individuals. Every home I now sell, there is a buyer, & I usually make a decent profit on homes.

There is a way to check the "Buyers", which will allow you to click on a specific buyer, & find the persons "likes" & "dislikes". That may help you better figure out what the person wants. Also, some like a kitchen, but don't bother with stoves, or too much other "kitchen" type stuff or they start 'complaining'.

I know about the buyers profiles. I've sold several houses with no problems, once learning what a buyer likes and dislikes. Against my better judgement, I finally looked for something online about this particular buyers want of a kitchen. Even when I did put down the peices that he had nothing to say about, like a stove, microwave, refrigerator but still says in the end, "there's no kitchen." If I put down a sink, counters, tables.. he complains that he "doesn't need furniture."

Indeed some are very "picky". Part of the problem is how some of the items are designated internally in the game. Once, I wanted to use the kitchen countertops in the bathroom, but then the rooms designation changed to "kitchen".

Some of the sofas are actually disignated as beds (I believe), which has changed the rooms disignation.

For your example, I would just leave out the table & chairs. Or another option that I have used is to remove the walls between sections, but still have a lintel. This way, you can have like a dining area & a kitchen, but then they are technically two seperate rooms (due to the lintel divider between the two sections).

He's easy to get to buy. I just like to try and figure these things out. I ended up only having appliances and he didn't get pissy over that.

Yes some of the buyers are very picky on their likes & dislikes. I also think they have no "wiggle" room on their preferences. They may like a kitchen, but if you have one bad item from another of their preferences, then they seem to completely dislike it all???

The bare minimum for a kitchen is a sink and a refrigerator. Try taking everything out apart from that and see what he says.

Glen sink work at least, it's not named kitchen cabinet with a sink but just a "sink Glen" and he was fine with it.

If you have an office for him and expensive bookcases like Bookcase Lim, I think three of them was needed, then you have a bug if he still complains. I's think it's possible he complains about not having space for books if there are shelves but not the right type/not in the office.
