There is a way to check the "Buyers", which will allow you to click on a specific buyer, & find the persons "likes" & "dislikes". That may help you better figure out what the person wants. Also, some like a kitchen, but don't bother with stoves, or too much other "kitchen" type stuff or they start 'complaining'.
Some of the sofas are actually disignated as beds (I believe), which has changed the rooms disignation.
For your example, I would just leave out the table & chairs. Or another option that I have used is to remove the walls between sections, but still have a lintel. This way, you can have like a dining area & a kitchen, but then they are technically two seperate rooms (due to the lintel divider between the two sections).
Just winging it here but try a bathroom sink without a cabinet.
I have a similar thing with the businessman, he says he needs a place for books and documents but no matter how many bookcases, drawers, shhelving i have he still says theres no place.
If you have an office for him and expensive bookcases like Bookcase Lim, I think three of them was needed, then you have a bug if he still complains. I's think it's possible he complains about not having space for books if there are shelves but not the right type/not in the office.
I know he likes expensive things, i'll give it a try next time, thanks!
