HGTV: Came out a week ago today...
Is anyone still playing it non-stop ? I was playing it pretty hardcore for 3 days ( 2 days it took to get everything )

I still like it. But it wasn't as fun filled like Garden Flipper was. I played that for a week or two before it got boring.

I'm still playing it and love coming up with new designs etc for the houses. And I still have a hundred different ideas for the gardens. :)

I played it non-stop for about 2 days. I have lots of other games I enjoy too. My poor house is in desperate need of cleaning LOL

I've been playing it since it came out. I couldn't possibly have finished it all in only two days. There are 2 or more choices per job which means for a 2 choice job you can side with Greta twice, Oliver twice, or with Greta on one then Oliver on the other and then switch that order too. Meaning there are 4 different ways to complete the same job just based on the choices mechanic. And then of course you are free to use up the rest of the budget any way you see fit to make the houses look good for the before/after photos. For a job with 3 choices, the combinations increase even further. And then of course once you've completed each job you get to buy the houses to clean up and flip and they have them filled out differently to how they were in the jobs and for the houses where they are semi-detached, you get both halves when you buy the property. The pink one has walls you can knock down between the two apartments to put them into one, or you can keep it as 2 separate units. And it takes time to work through each property, clean it up, do a decent job redecorating it and then of course there are the gardens which can be done....
I can't see how its possible to do everything in such a short time. I've spent 977 hours in the game since I first bought the base game, and my library says I've played 63 hours since last week, so not done very much yet. I've finished all the jobs once, gone back to one to redo it for the achievement and have bought 3 of the houses so far, but I haven't sold them yet. All 3 are works in progress! So I've still got a way to go yet before I consider it remotely finished, let alone replaying it past that point. I don't see the benefit of rushing through the game doing as little as possible. That's why I like this kind of game - its one you can just keep playing over and over and over.

Oh, I by no means finished the DLC, just the jobs. I've only flipped 3 houses. Pink Duplex, Old Lady's House and the big house on the beach. I know for some it doesn't matter, but I am so sick of selling to the Smoth's. I'm also upset that the walls didn't extend the full 2 stories for the beach house so I couldn't design it the way I wanted.
