Negotiate Help
So after fixing a house I get a number of offers and also have the ability to negotiate and everytime I put in an increase I get something like your offer is too low, I can get you more, but how do you negotiate and get a better deal?

I even changed the option from £1 to £1000 and set it on the max amount and they still said my offer was low, what is going on?

Hello, hows your negotiation skill perk? Is it upgraded first ?
What I did was to add some really expensive furniture raise the house price then when you
negotiate their offer which should be higher and its easier to lower the price to the right amount needed for the achievement and the buyer will get a bargain. Everyone happy.
Edit
did you change your currency to Euro?
Which achievement is this I cant remember

My negotiation skill perk is 2/3 and my currency is set to GBP, so before I do it I will need to set it to Euro's.
I just don't understand how it works, I can set the negotiation to £1000 and all the way up and it still says my offer is too low. Has anyone made a video on how this works as it will give me a better insight

OP, you are confused as to how the negotiation window looks. The middle part of the window that says 'Your offer is too low. I can sell you the house for $X more.' in white text that is next to an image of a guy is YOU telling the buyer that you want more money. The buyer's response is near the bottom of the window, and will either be green to show that they accept your negotiation, or red if they refuse it.

So how does it work? How do I negotiate? How can I get the best deal without putting off the customer?
