Can't launch the game

I've followed all the guides and instructions I could find to get the game going (it starts, goes through the loading bar for half a second and then closes).

I've even email the support email that is mentioned in many of the issues thread, and haven't gotten a response in 5+ days. Hoping the developers or something hangs out around here and can reach out to me?

As mentioned, when I launch the game from steam, the loading window opens, runs for less than a second, and then just disappears, no error message.

I've reinstalled, tried run as admin, etc...can't get it to open no matter what I try. Does support generally take this long to reply?

Try pressing Alt+Tab when this happens, then back again to return to the game - some players have had this work for them.

Also, could try running an Integrity check in Steam to verify that none of the files are corrupted.
Plus, also a good practice to make sure all drivers are up to date.

First please save your output logs just after the issue and without start game again

After saving your logs please try the follow actions below to see if it solve the issue :
Try to restart steam
Try verify integrity game files
Try start House Flipper from Steam as (force DirectX feature lvl 10.0)
Try to copy past your profile backup to your profile (if that’s the case of savegame issue)
How to get to your savegame : https://krej-net.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HFS/pages/428048404/Where+are+my+saved+games+stored

If all this fails would you mind to sent your saved previously output logs with a short description of your issue to e-mail : [e-mail]

If you like you can enter on House Flipper discord channel too , link on discussions

Many players have had luck with running an Integrity check in Steam. Has it reported any corrupted files & then reloaded them files for you? Some very rare cases I have had the integrity check claim to fix corrupted files, but still issues. So on those occasions I have uninstalled the game & then re-installed the game, which has fixed the problems for me.

It can take over 20 days for you to get a response depending on how busy they are.

I can not play for 40 days. I sent my logs on October 10th via email and still no support !!!
