House Flipper

Statistiche:
what is up with the only type of heating "radiator heating"
no one in there right minds use radiator heating at least not in the USA
baseboard central heating and air conditioning is done without a radiator and for air conditioning that is done through central heating and air conditioning with vents in the floor or ceiling.

why have they not allowed the comunity to add these things as this would help with astetics.

I know in real flipping more options are available home depot or lowes has almost everything that you oculd want high end stuff to the cheap stuff.

Don't forget the ductless system that is mounted above near the ceilings, those both cool & heat, depending on the settings. And also, there is the radiator towel racks. Plus, a few of the homes have fireplaces.

Also, you don't have to use the radiators if you don't want them. Many places have radiator duct vents on the walls.
there are no fire places in this game gas or regular fireplaces so much stuff missing all these things should be in the base game
The haunted house has a fireplace. Other buildings have a lot of different items. And we have gotten additional items with both the Apoclypse & Haunted house DLC.

But yes, many have asked for additional items. I even asked if could make it that we could transfer items from other houses that we flip. There was also a posting about the developers working on additional bathroom items.

It all takes time, but hopefully things will continue to be added to the game.
Yes, the radiators are a "typical european thing". In Europe we've mostly warm water heatings with those radiators (sometimes floor heating), warm water comes from central heating (for your own flat or in the cellar for the whole house), in most cities from a central plant.

In Canada I've mostly seen those electrical heaters, in USA it should be the same: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cceR4R2kZ3c
And something else is wrong, the houses have brick walls and not "paperboard". ;-)

Older homes in US still have radiators, & a boiler, which is usually located down in the basement. Otherwise the most prominant system is a furnace with ductwork ran all over the house through the walls, & vents strategically placed to vent the hot air. Often these "furnaces" also have AC units added for summer time, with heat pumps located outside the home. Else, a lot of homes have in-window (or in-wall) air conditioning units.

Newer systems that are starting to be installed is ductless or "mini-split" systems that look somewhat like the electric heaters listed in the above posting. But these ductless systems still have a heat pump located outside & the interior modules are mounted on the wall, & can both heat or cool the rooms depending on the settings. The advantage of these systems is they are easy to add to existing buildings without adding additional ductwork inside walls. And the units can be placed according to the owners wishes, allowing them to individually control each "zone" seperately. These are exactly like the units that are included in the game (the ones mounted near ceilings).
