Own placement of stairs inside house and half walls

Dev's please look into allowing us too place stairs inside the house , this will give us freedom to re design the inside of the home the way we would like it. Also give us half walls to use please.

I hope we can eventually just completely gut a house from top to bottom and redesign them the way we want, including the outside of the home. I know it's a stretch, but I would love for us to essentially alter and edit every piece of a home.

I want to be able to paint the side of staircases. It's ugly with just a big grey triangle in the middle of your colour scheme.

it would be so nice to remove and / or add walls on the outside...
also to add a basement or bunker... i'd add a basement / Bunker to all houses... :D
also to change the floors...
