Room Requirements-BIG LIVING ROOM

I'm selling to Mystery buyer. He likes a big living room. When I had the living room/kitchenette combination, like an open concept, he complained that the living room was not big enough, although the combination was 61 square meters. Pretty big! So I placed post walls in the corners of the kitchen and closed it off with lintels, defining both spaces, and BOOM, now the living room is big enough for him! Funny, it is still the same size! Smaller, actually.

Yeah, probably because before you separated it, it was a "Living Room with Kitchenette" - two completely different types of room, apparently. The game is full of small-ish problems and annoyances like that, and it makes it very hard to really enjoy it.
