Dolan Trusk - Office requirements?

Anyone know whats needed to fill Dolan Trusk's office requirements, been trying to keep him satisfied with his office, but can't seem to make it.

i put:
- Corner Desk - the most expensive desk
- Office chair
- Armchair
- Computer Sfinx - most expensive computer
- Keyboard
- Mouse
- Monitor HD - most expensive monitor for computer (though i think it counts as tv)
- 3x hanging shelf

But he still complaining about no expensive furniture

I read he can say "The office looks like a real director's office."

How do i get to that point, is it a matter of quality or quantity, did i miss some expensive stuff, or do i just need to add more of it?

Anyone know if its quantity or quality, would like to know before i spend a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of cash on items.

I think it's just quality since I didn't bought much but he still liked it. Also buy a painting, that's one of the requirements for an office. : ) (Did u also put expensive stuff in the corridor? All other rooms can have cheap stuff but the corridor and the office have to be expensive)

I put in the following items

1) The L-Shaped Office desk
2) A full PC set of monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, CPU
3) An office table lamp
4) Office chair
5) Office bookcase + Another bookshelf as he said not all his books would fit there
6) 2 modern chairs opposite side of desk
7) and spiced it up with Flowers, plants, Paintings, Vases, Ceiling fan, AC installation.

I dont know which of the above are actually required but i tend to cramp up stuff in my builds..and Dolan didn't have any problems.

Yeah think its a combination of quantity and quality

i added to my above list:
- most expensive carpet
- most expensive painting
- 4 shelves totall, and 1 office shelve or what its called
- 1 safe
- 2 flowers

and he no longer complained about more expensive stuff when i sold the house, but i never got the "The office looks like a real director's office." comment

guess i should have gone abit further.... next time....
