Getting frustrated by buyer and room AI
Devs, can you please prioritise buyer and room AI as it really takes the shine off what could be a great game? It's the one part that frustrates the heck out of me. For example:

1. Buyer's comments when it comes to the auction about what is missing from the house, when these things are clearly there: I had Rafael saying there's no TV or speakers (the house had two TVs, one on a cabinet and one wall mounted in a bedroom, with speakers as well) and the Smoth family complaining there's no living room when there's a room labelled "Living room with kitchenette".

2. The buyer criticisms as you decorate, especially the artist lady shouting at me rudely in caps when I add kids stuff - I'm not aiming the house at you, so kindly shut up with the snarky comments.

3. The faffing around it takes to get a room to be labelled as a living room, family room or office, which doesn't seem to follow common sense rules. Please sort out the categorisation of furniture (I'd prefer to have stuff categorised by room rather than wardrobes, bookcases etc all being lumped into "cupboards") and give us a clear list of what the game AI expects to be in each of these rooms.

Second that. This "feature" can be really irritating. I would much prefer a way to actaully view a map of the house and set each room's target type, then, the game can give me a list maybe of the kinds of items the room is "missing" to be a proper (office/bedroom/livingroom/whatever).

I really like this idea, would be much better.

Having people yelling at you while you're clearing out a house is nothing short of exasperating.

Them: "What?! No Bathroom?!"

Me: "But of course, didn't you know bathrooms are SO last-century? Moron..." [/sarcasm]

Ha ha, exactly!

I am with all of this! And sometimes they make a comment that is the opposite of how they really "feel" about something (i.e. "what a clean home!" while showing less interest in said home)
The negotiation ability is also practically pointless, you only have one chance, and you recieve a massive penelty for refusing an offer.

Agreed! I just sold a house with 2 bedrooms, both labeled "Office" by the AI, when they both had a BED and wardrobes in them. The AI thought it was an office merely because I added a small desk, which many people (in this case, children) have in their bedroom, for studying, letter-writing (those who still do that sort of thing), etc.

100% agree with this as well -- this is not negotiation, this is one counteroffer with the buyer either accepting or refusing, no chance to reduce your counteroffer in hopes they will agree to meet in the middle. Not realistic.

A great solution . Good idea. I too am so frustrated by the Ai not updating the rooms correctly.
The buyers do not stay true to their preferences . LOl so tiresome. I have to remind myself these are computor generated people cause I just to smack them sometimes, especially the rude artist lady .Love the game but I really hope they fix these issues in near future.
