How I got "Wall Street Shark" by selling to Jack Tarington

Hey, I've seen a lot of people struggle with this achievement online. He become my top buyer while I was fixing up a house so I immediately threw it at him to get the cheev. I bought the "Huckster's House". I fixed up all the walls, fixtures and destroyed the doorway in the "safe" area. I attached that little area to the bedroom next to it. I simply put the Double Bed Grille and Standard Fourdoor wardrobe in the big back bedroom. The other bedroom I put a Single Bed Mal and the Standard Four Door Wardrobe. I fixed up both bathrooms completely. I destroyed all the furniture in the kitchen except 2 wall shelves that came with it and put the washer in. In the living room I placed 2 Sofa Elle, a coffee table faro and a hanging TV. That was it. Just a note that he doenst like to negotiate. I barely asked for more and he refused. Happy 100% cheevs folks :D

I was wondering if anybody else got this one in Huckster's House because I accidentally managed to sell it to Jack. I was trying hard to do it on purpose in the beginning but I managed to get him to jump up 3 places to top bidder after I gave up.

I fixed and cleaned the place up, painted all the internal walls gray, set two Couch Archaic in the living room along with a Monitor on a Coffe Table Ramuik, sold everything in the kitchen, left nothing in the first bedroom on the right or the garage, filled the missing things in the bathroom at the end of the hall, placed one Double bed Pattern in the master bedroom, sold the table and book in the bathroom connected to the master bedroom as well as adding a cheap tub, and sold all the single doors and light switches.

At some point I moved something or other and suddenly Jack was at the top of the bidders' list. I wish I could remember what triggered that but I'm just glad I managed to get the achievement even accidentally.

You can get the achievement in the Hucksters House - clean it, remove all furniture.
Livingroonm = 2x sofa shadow, 1x coffee table Ramvik, 1x Monitor ($109)
Brick up a small room with a door between the fireplace and the second small window on left side (one small window contained within) and place a Single Bed Mantis
Brick up where the kitchen was (area with tiles on floor) and place door and Single bed mantis
Place Single bed mantis in back bedroom on left & make up bathroom as is
Make up other bathroom as is
Place Single bed mantis in last bedroom

I think that's all you need to do but I also added the following which may have counted toward it as well:

Placed new doors for each room
Placed Ceiling lamp birch in each room
Placed Linen closet in each bedroom
Placed standard blinds at each window where it fitted
Bricked up treasure room and knocked through to back bedroom
Painted all the walls Beige Grey (except for the bathrooms)
Placed a Kitchen unit with a sink where the patio doors are in the livingroom area, waited for it to establish as a livingroom with kitchenette but then removed it (to get rid of the smoth couple from the top of my list)

I was having trouble getting the Jonsons off the top of the list. Tried everything else suggested in other threads, e.g. having 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms etc, didn't work, at least not for the Hucksters House. I started by changing the sofas to the shadow sofas, and then changed the coffee table and added the monitor. Then I removed the extra bedrooms/bathrooms that i was experimenting with, went with what Teff suggested. Jack Tarinton moved to the top of the list immediately and stayed there! I hadn't even painted the walls or added the new internal doors!

Oh, almost forgot to add, I have a small sauna too - squeezed it between the living room and the bedroom i made just before the sliding doors (just beside what used to the kitchen).

Alright so I had gotten it after I got frustrated, went to do another house and was too broke to buy it. I went back to my Home and Car house, and sold two beds and he went to the top.
There were two bedrooms total, the first room to the right had no door or wall entry.
There was a bedroom in the back right corner where the back door was, and another bedroom where the garage was.
The back left room was a bathroom alongside the one straight down the hall.
Everything was clean, all holes were filled, but no walls were painted, and the floor was the cheap ikea wood.
The living area had the two cheapest loveseats, a round table otto, and 3 different colored chairs. There was also a wall mounted tv in there.
The mudroom going into the garage was a sauna with 3 benches and a sauna heater.

No other things were done to the house and when I had left to try another house the Smoth family was the top person, as when I had came back. I sold a bed from the large bathroom and from the living room and he went to the top of the list.
