how i got the roach killing achievement

i got it by buying the 'house with car' property
went in the kitchen, cleaned it and sold everything around the roaches
then aimed my hammer right around the bottom of the wall and floor to the right of the radiator for the pop up to show and finally get the achievement
dont stand too close to the wall your facing, i would post a screen shot, just dont know how on here

I got that achievement on the 'house with uninvited guests' property. I went to the front door, cleaned it and sold everything what I could, then I went back so far that the vacuum cleaner button didn't show up and I started to hit by my hammer
