Painting Speed

I have bought all painting speed perks up to 75% but the movement speed still remains default, I have restarted the game 2 times but still no speed difference, anyone else suffering the same issue?

I ran the game and found that I was using more paint. I didn't focus on painting speeds, but my guess is that they were also slower. My guess is that their are ongoing bugs creeping into the game.

on the plus side I had trouble loading the game and issues with where I appeared, but these seem to have cleared up, so they are also squashing bugs.

i have also been having issues with using alot more paint but it seems to be only on the "bare" drywall walls, i do the multi panel painting at once and it seems to just keep painting the other strips until the one your on it finished, and it sporadically will do the fast speed animation and paint faster, quite annoying
