Cant reach 2nd floor outside walls.

Can someone tell me, how you reach spots like these? I don't see any ladders or anything.

i am having the same problem with the outside of the pink kingdom the walls above the porch i can't reach i'm trying to change the siding on the pink kingdom but i can't reach any idea's would be most helpful

Candy have your cleaning perks maxed will help with cleaning the second floor plus the ultra mop thing go to the second floor and try and clean i did'nt have that problem just because i had my cleaning perks maxed

stil they need to add ladders to the game... regardless. im a little underwhelmed with the content of this game... seems ra little basic.

You can use the scaffolding item to climb up higher and reach the hard to get areas of the house.

There already is a ladder, also 2 sizes of scaffolding like Lyn said. sometimes you can get away with not buying a ladder or scaff by jumping on a piece of furniture, the stairs, the window sill, or even just pointing your mop or paint roller up if your perks are upgraded.
