Do Existing Appliances Actually Work?
You know when a house has a nice, curved shower unit, or a bathtub, or one of those nice handbasins with the basket drawer? Do those things actually count as 'working' appliances for the potential buyers?

I will assume so, and heres why...

Mini Map shows you via colours, green is brand new, red is broken, white is ... ?

whatever you class white as...

if you had a bathroom with two red appliances and you removed one of those two trashed items the buyers panel will show negative action because of a lack of a bathroom, but you place that removed item and you get positive remarks.

there is also no complaints at sale time, about there being no bathrooms when i sell the family house of which i do two things to the bathrooms,

green bathroom upstairs = sell one of the overlaying doors,
downstairs = buy a door for it

In fact with that house i hardly do anything to it at all really... but all the icons for bathrooms are white @ point of sale.

This is much as I suspected, thank you for sharing this. One of the reasons I ask is also that I would like to keep the cool stuff we don't (yet) have access to -- it seems a shame to knock out a nice curved shower unit and put in the usual square one. :D
