Beat the game in 7 hours - now what? (plus suggestions for the devs)

Barring going through the missions on the browser (which I have no interest in doing, I was playing this for the... um... house flipping) I've gotten to the last, most expensive house.

I was disappointed to see there are no million dollar mansions or 10 million dollar mansions etc.

Are there plans to add like a "Living in Luxury" expansion that will introduce further content? Will there be any further content?

As it stands, I feel like there's no reason to continue playing as I've reached the last point of progression, the "just married house" for 250kish. I have 350kish in the bank.

I also suggest that this game needs some kind of a sink for your money beyond bigger houses. Let me hire staff to help me clean houses, or construction equipment / advanced tools needed for mansions down the line, or a professional negotiator, or research higher quality equipment to place in my houses. Let me pay for research into what my buyers want using a private investigator, or let me pay for information on how to address some of the buyer's concerns.

"We need a space for our family to spend time together" makes no sense as a complaint when they have a huge living room with a tv, couch and table.

After a while the game feels like a monotonous grind for a slightly bigger house. There need to be other sinks for money. Give me a sense of progression beyond "100k house -> 125k house -> 150k house".

Maybe introduce some more rpg elements to my character, like an overall "happiness score" based on the quality of the house he's in. It could affect how much extra he gets in negotiations, or something. That would provide some motivation to move into something besides the starter shack.

Overall the game just needs more things to do / spend money on. Let me expand my house flipping into an actual construction business with like a crew of people, that would be really cool.

This. I love sinking an hour or two into each house, panelling walls, re-painting everything, re-arranging things and redecorating things so they're neat and tidy. Everything placed neatly, I've already run up a fair few hours and I've only flipped two houses so far.I find the jobs fun :D

what about renovat som of the old funatures ! like if you getting a rare house with special type of interuere ! so instead of selling it as garbage ! you can fix up rotten or broken door that is over 100 years old and there for also getting the same door in your inventory to pursase in other houses ! this will make the game more fun to find old stuff and getting it as colletibull ! or minifig you find and display in your own home as a collection !

why this was not in game i dont know ? sins that will be awsom way to get new tools or new funatures you cant pay for but has to find and fix up before that desing can be implemanted in othere houses ! like a goth house ! vitoria style house ! fire place ! i will freaking love fire place ! both gas and normal ! and why is there only 1 shover ? what happen to the multi sprinkler delux water rain hig end shover ! most rich foks have ? that will not only be harder to install but also extream expensiv ! like a 20.000 dollar upgrand ! and even in real gold for trump fans !

stuff like this will make the house look awsom ! like where is the pool tabel and airhocky ! and in the hig rick as ♥♥♥♥ end ! 1 bowling lane and up to 2 bowling lane ! and you have to build it step by step ! that also is a hig end produckt ! alot of great idears need to be in game ! like where is the bug screen doors and sheets for the windows ? that not comment in usa ? and why cant i pay for a car when it in game ? or renovate a garage in to a new room ? like build bigger windows ? this game dont allow you to create a new window or remove already build in !

it like that a giant feature missing ! you cant tutch the extioer of the house execpt for paint ! that sucks ! rally want a giant grund to sealing window with sliding door to the back yeard ! and a gas grill ! this game can have so many awsom idears ! and i hope the creators will build it bigger and better ! for now it like it only 1/3 of a game ! you still need the garden protion and fornt yead ! and of corse be abel to change extior of the house ! like doors and windows and garage ! like build out ! pay for a permit to build out of the orginal house ! and upgrand your el box ! or fuse box ! and when you build out you step by step has to do the plummering and electrick ! expand the fuse box and wiring the walls ! put windows in ! build the walls and cement the floor and build the roof to ! maby put in a skylight ! now that house flipping ! all this need to in game content ! and fix the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ lagg !

Pretty much this. After 7 hours I had flipped maybe 2 houses. After 15 hours I'm at 4 or 5 houses now, can't remember. Still long way to go and I have also only done like 3 missions. Selling 20 houses in 7 hours sounds like he just cleaned each house, painted a few rooms, put a bed in it and then sold it.

@All: Read the OPs post. He hasn't flipped all houses. He just has bought (and either flipped, or made his office) the last, most expensive house. And that is reasonably doable within 7 hours.

I don't think you were. You picked a goal, an endpoint, and you played to reach that. That's why you feel you need further progression to keep you going. You reached the goal. You're done.

You could just play to... you know... flip more houses. A reason for me to not do so is... the photos of the house don't get updated, and I can't seem to do so myself. So when I look in my laptop for the houses I've sold, they still show the old, deranged pictures. So sad.
My goal, still, is, to flip all available houses and/or sell a house to every potential buyer.

I agree, however, that there should be some... effect of moving the office, some reason to do so, some personal quality of living. Then again, I'd also like to see gardening, re-doing plumbing (to create new bathrooms) and changing the layout (adding floors or building additional rooms). More houses, more expensive houses, could also be a thing, but I'd actually rather take procedurally generated houses.

It means a lot to us. We are adding more content to the game and we plan to add more extensions ;)
Like one of them will be adding gardening ;)
