Wall Street Shark achievement
The global stats for the Wall Street Shark achievement say that 0% of users have gotten it. Glad to know it's not just me, but it seems like it is currently impossible to sell a house to the investor. He gets locked into second or third place behind the young couple and the family. The problem is that either he doesn't have any unique needs, or he isn't given enough of a bonus for them being met. To show you what I mean:

Things that the young couple want:
Comfortable beds

Things that both the investor and the family want:
Cheap stuff

Things that all three want:
A clean house
4 bedrooms
2 or 3 bathrooms

Things that both of the families want:
Shelving for books
Toys
A cooking area
Large family room

Things that the investor wants:
A kitchenette in the living room (which also tends to fulfill "a cooking area" for the families, unless it is a single sink/counter piece)
TV in the living room (which goes against having cheap stuff, unless your TV is actually a small computer monitor)

The very few things that only the investor wants are not actually enough to make him buy the house. Furthermore, going against the wishes of others (the young couple in particular) isn't enough to push them down the list. It doesn't seem like it is possible to sell this guy a house. With the limited number of houses to sell, I currently don't want to continue playing in case I lock myself out of the only house that he could possibly buy because of its floorplan or something hidden like that.

Also, the couple doesn't notice when you fail to meet their needs. You can leave stuff all over the floor, give them none of the bookshelves they desire, etc. and they still come out on top of Tarinton. As long as you have a lot of rooms and bathrooms, they don't pay attention to the other stuff they are supposed to requre. Frustrating!

Same here. I first thought it was because my houses had too many rooms, so I knocked down all walls, only leaving bedrooms, bathrooms and living room+kitchen. I then even went further and limited my house to 2 bedrooms. No results.

@developers, please add extra meeds to the Investor. Something like: + All radiators installed; + All walls are white; Only use halagon lamps mini for lights; + No carpets.

I wish they would add some minimum things to stop people considering buying at all. Like Tarrington won't even consider buying if there isn't at least 2 bed and 2 bath. Family won't even consider buying if no toys. Couple won't even consider buying if it's not bright, etc.

Has this been fixed yet, or close to? I only have that achievement left.
