Again, it's not meant to be an accurate simulator. It's supposed to be a fun game about flipping a house. I mean if we go that way, we could say that Eurotruck Simulator creates the wrong impression that in real life you can cause as many accidents you want and only have to pay a small fine and that despite hundreds of accidents you will never lose your job as a truck driver.
Even simulator games can only go so much into detail without losing the fun aspect of the game. With certain exceptions of actual simulations like Microsoft Flight Simulator
