I struggled to do this in the First Office and spent way too long on it but I eventually managed in Abandoned House. I decorated the entire house and included things Chang supposedly likes (all green walls, the bedroom set up with the desk) and things Dolan hates (kids items).

After completeing the entire house I went around and slowly deleted everything from all the rooms starting with the bathroom and then the kitchen and then the living room. It was a pain to do if I'm honest but at some point I got the order to: Old People -> Chang -> Dolan and then at some point in my deleting Chang jumped above the old people and I finally managed to sell to him.

I used first office, and removed as many inside walls as possible. Removed bathroom components and radiator. Painted walls all the same color (green). No carpets, just a welcome mat. Second cheapest bed, cheapest chair, cheapest desk, bookcase Kall (only one -- if you have too many shelves Dolan Tusk will win). Added 2 bunnies, 2 balls, and 3 changing tables. Lots of other toys, which I'm not sure mattered. Had nothing on the walls, no curtains, no artwork. Cheapest ceiling light, one desk lamp, a couple of books, and nothing else.

Now if I could figure out the pink-haired guy...

It just doesnt make sense how i'm having a house that is incredibly too small for the family with children.. however, they are always before the student.. no way to get rid of them.. but the house is still to small for them.. there is not even bed and bedrooms for everyone.. game is a bit stupid for this!

Are you trying to sell the smallest house to him? It won't work unless it's a REALLY small house.

else banker gets too happy. My issue is that if I have two rooms and a single welcome mat the old couple gets too happy.

I sold my first office to the student. It seems the banker has a dislike for small places and won't outbid the student on them.

Basically, the student is looking for a studio type accommodation with bedroom, living room, study and kitchenette in one with only a toilet seperate, he loved it.

At the end of the day, who really cares who buys it so long as you make a profit?

Who wins can be bugged too, i've found that the person at the top of the list b4 the auction isn't necessarily the person that wins the auction in the end it changes during the sale.

Anyways i've done everyone now, it was annoying but all are done
