Facade panels/painting looks terrible!

Wanted to change the facade of the house. Painting is not an option cause the walls are way too smooth and there is no texture, though it should be. Also, the panels looks so dirty.
Would love it if the texure behind the paint were visible and if the panels would look more cleaner.

Also, is there anyway to mow the lawn? I dont see the point in buying a house, renovate and sell it with a garden that looks s**t, even if the interior is high end.
