First paint house Amaranth and Gray only 95%??
I'm trying to paint the first house where you gain the ability to paint. Though the completion gauge only goes up to 95%. I've even painted them in different combinations and it doesn't go higher.
Any Ideas?

Problem was, that I had to recheck all stripes, because if you not paint a stripe to 100% it counds not as finished.
and if you overpaint a stripe by mistake, it will removed from the 100% even if you don't see that you overpaint it.
I got the 100% after checking all stripes with the matching color... and I will never do this again! xD
Also the Windows are 2 stripes thick, but the second on both sides are behind the window frame.
You have to paint them too for the 100%.
Hope I could help. :-)

Did you try painting the underside of the house?
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

found that problem in one house, but didn't have to do it in another one? i think the 2nd one i was painting the room white, and maybe the outside of the house was white?

anyway, it is certainly a bit hard to find that 2nd row on the window if you don't know to paint it.. i couldn't even see it at all, basically happened to mouse over it by accident.

On windows there's two sections on each side. Then there's the tops of the windows. You might also need under the door frame on either side and the top.

Thanks for everyone's comments but this did it. So sneaky that the inside of the windows are two thick as you're effectivly painting outside!!

I hope they fix this issue as it isn't clear at all. Thanks again! :)

BUT WHERE was the grey color supposed to go.

Apparently it does not matter what colors you put where. The thing about the windows frame was what the problem was for me.
