IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET A REFUND ON THIS GARDEN DLC ?(SOLVED)
I would never, ever have purchased this had I known all the major bugs and glitches that this game has. I bought this 5 days ago and have had nothing but problems.

From the start, the intro music stutters as if someone has put in a warped cd.

My office furniture turned into different colours.

I started work on the mostly a garden house and spent 22 hours on it mainly because every time I exited the game the grass that I had painstakingly mowed with the rubbish grass-cutter kept growing back. I had to sell the house in the end for a loss. First time after 59 houses. I did max out all the gardening perks though.

I get the update and lo and behold all my gardening perks are gone. I have a lot of the gardening achievements unlocked, but no gardening perks.

A million pounds was taken from my three and a half million account.

I AM SO DONE WITH THIS GAME

I would like a refund and I do want to complain. This dlc should never have been released in this state. Shame on you.

It's nothing Frozen District can do. All of it is handled through steam so you're wasting your time asking here. Contact steam support, however know of their policies of refunding DLC. Which if I recall simply is that if you play it, you are no longer eligible to a refund. Likely because of the way so much as touching a piece of DLC content effects the entire base game, which can cause corruption of base game content on old save files. Plus, its a lot harder to lock someone out of a DLC than a game if its already downloaded on their system.

Thank you both. I will contact steam support, if nothing else just to lodge a complaint because someone knew this game was not ready but released it anyway under the guise of a discounted price to draw us all in. That's bad practice.

I've contacted steam support and asked for a refund and they are going to review it. So I'll post here again to let you know the result.

I just got an email from steam saying that my purchase has been refunded and will show up on my account within 14 days. Garden flipper has been removed from my library so it is genuine. Thank God. I was kicking myself for making such a bad purchase.
