Haunted House? (Spoiler alert)

So I bought this house, and knocked down the wall to the secret room in the basement, then sold everything in it. Lights still flickering, still have the weird screen visuals and leaky pipe sound. How do you fix those things or can they be fixed?

Can't say I had any of them and I just played it again recently.
Is there an actual leaking heater or something.
Could you check the rooms as I have seen that where I missed a fitting on the heater the water was spilling onto the floor.
