Circle Palette of colors for furniture and More items at "Others" section

Hi, i have finished all the quests and now is the time when we started to restore homes to sell and to built our own.

I think that having more decorating items in the "Other" section and the Circular Color Palette for the furniture would make the game better. It's an idea.

The most beautiful and colorful furniture, the most fun it is to build the houses :p

Some items that can be added:

- a bedroom bunk, not an apocalyptic one
- Custom textures for furniture
- Rubber ducky is cute :3
- More toys: toy car, airplanes, plush cats.
- Radio? Maybe if it play custom songs... (links maybe?)
- Hospital furniture, cool.
- Different things is what makes the game grow.

I don't know if someone will read this comment, but if read, i hope that make it happen.

Note the color choices are the ones that actually exist in the Ikea shopping guide, now I think there should be a new 'carpenter' skill so you can get creative and build your own where paint color is selectable.
