I've done everything the guide online said to do.

Clean the house, sell most of the furniture, remove the kitchen, buy a double bed and a 2x linen closet

But he keeps whining about no space for his clothes. I've added 8 linen closets, through out the house. How many more does he want ?!

I think he wants a small room dedicated to clothes. I did it with 2 cupboards (regular types for clothes, not linen) + a dresser with drawers + the dressing table with a mirror + another wall mirror + a chair and a rug.

There is a guide on the community page on how to sell him the Pink Kingdom. It worked for me, but I did lose money on the house. About 7K. Didn't care though. He was the last one I needed to sell to. Now I don't have try to sell him anything else.

Didn't work. So sick of these stupid achievements in the game. It didn't work. He has nothing but positive things about it. No negative. And yet, he never is a top bedder for it. Another one that wont work is the Nerd achievement. People talk about their being a guide. And never post it.

100% Achievement Guide. Works perfectly if you follow it EXACTLY. When it says sell unnecessary furniture, it should say sell everything outside of the bathroom. Do NOT mount anything except the recommended toilet if you're feeling generous. Put the linen closets in the room that used to be the kitchen.

I feel your pain. The guide to the Pink House worked for me for the fashion guy as long as you don't mind making a loss.

Here's how I did the nerd one:

I got it by not buying a desk but that PACs thing with the built in desk and a really cheap chair. Took out everything from the bathroom except the toilet. Painted everything pistachio green and bought that really cheap green single bed. In the kitchen option there is a plain hanging 3 drawer shelf get that one but no more or Dolan likes it. Finally buy One child's table; one child's chair. A ball. The big bridge and the cube. That worked for me. If it doesn't quite keep buying one of everything to do with children. In my experience buying more that one of everything doesn't have much of an effect. Hope that works for you.

Feel your pain Turtleswatter, but the achievements are really there just for those people who want to add difficulty to the game. If you don't enjoy doing them - don't. There is so much more than that to do. One person did a beach resort, check out House Flipper at Discord, and others have done restaurants. I just finished a Sales Office with spaces for meeting and greetings. Just have fun. What would you _like_ to create - not what you _have_ to create.

Do it ASAP. The 100% Achievement Guide provides a couple suggestions for that. I did the clean the garage one. Took a couple tries, but finally managed to beat the clock by three seconds.

On a side note, if anyone completes the swim achievement following info on the 100% Achievement Guide, post a message stating whether or not the info for it is correct, would like to know if the theory IS correct.

I got it, just not sure how. Probably just having bought all of the ponds but at different houses.
