Technically you can remove them already if it`s not on outer wall, just knock down the wall section the outlet is on, it falls to the floor and you can dispose it with selling tool. Then just build another section of wall there.
Yes, it would be nice to move outlets that are on the outer wall. Anyone notice that there is like only 1 outlet in some rooms? I laughed when I saw that! In construction, we have to place one every 6 feet, I think, (now). (in America). These people must not have many electric appliances. :)
