Sold Burned house to Chang Choi

I know that many people are having trouble getting the Chang Choi achievement so wanted to tell you how I did it in hopes that it will help someone. I painted the burned out house inside and out in green, knocked out almost all interior walls, ( he became the top bidder as I was knocking out the wall where the bedroom door had been.), sold the bathroom plumbing and every piece of furniture in the house. I put in the mantis bed, ( green), cheap desk and chair, and 2 of changing tables, balls, bunnys, and teddy bears. I put in 1 floating shelf, (up), and 1 book case Kall, also about 6 plain books, but not sure if they were needed or not. I had more of the book cases in , but then that darn Dolan buy kept wanting to buy it. When I sold the extra bookcases and left only 1 in Chang became the top bidder. I hope that this helps some one get this difficult achievement.

I may give this a try tomorrow. As long as the bugs mess up my houses I have ot do them in a single sitting LOL Thanks!
