Experience with Intel HD Graphics 4600?

I will have to buy a new computer/workstation and would like to know whether House Flipper runs on Intel HD Graphics 4600. I've read on a gaming website that it doesn't meet the minimum requirements, but I've also seen videos on youtube where the game ran on Intel HD Graphics 4000, which I thought is even less powerful.
All other specs of the computer I intend to buy meet the optimum requirements of the game, it's just the graphics card that I'm worried about since I probably couldn't upgrade it due to a small computer casing. So, if anyone has any experience with this, I would appreciate it very much if you could share your experience with me. Thank you!

The game could run , but you know already that complains will not be valid once your pc not met the minimum specs required

that's why the specs are in the store pages of games and is a risk only you can support if you do not have a machine with minimum specs

Thank you for your reply. I do not intend to complain, sorry if it sounded like it. I'm just unsure whether the game (which I already own) runs with this graphics card since the information on the internet is contradictory, so I am asking whether anyone has actually tried to play the game with these specs and can give me some feedback on the gaming experience (or nonexistence thereof).
